Taking the first step for support and help can be a scary but also invigorating journey. I want to compliment you on taking that time for yourself and taking that step. One never has to go through anything alone.
To say a bite about the purpose of this practice’s blog, there will be articles that will be posted will be about topics surrounding wellness and living an authentic life including body and mind, creativity, the impact of shame, creating healthy life through relationships with self, food, people, our space and careers for young adults, women and for those who are helpers in the community or their home.
For so many out there, there are so many responsibilities being placed on them and being asked to do more, be more and feel more. Having resources about wellness are important.
